The Florida Safe and Drug-Free Schools Quality Data Management Project is a federally-funded multi-year grant awarded to the Center for Criminology and Public Policy Research under contract with the Florida Department of Education. The guiding principle behind the project is to improve the quality of data collected on incidents of violence and substance use in Florida’s schools so that key decision-makers are provided with the most accurate information regarding the greatest areas of need when choosing prevention and intervention programming.
