Completed Projects
- Agricultural Crime Initiative: In conjunction with the Urban Institute, the Center evaluated the Agricultural Crime Technology Information and Operations Network involving the unified cross-agency cooperation of the agricultural commissioners, district attorney offices, and sheriff's departments in several counties throughout California. The initiative used technology and training to assist law enforcement agencies to solve, prevent, and prosecute agricultural crime.
- Florida Safe and Drug-Free Schools Quality Data Management Project: Funded by the Florida Department of Education, this project asseses local- and state- level school violence data reporting practices and develops recommendations to improve data quality. It provides data reports for school leaders, district administrators, community organizations, and state education leaders to use in decision-making processes related to policy, programming, and practice for prevention and intervention services related to bullying, drugs, and violence in schools.
- Juvenile Justice No Child Left Behind Collaboration Project: This federally funded project assists each state in its development and implementation of a plan for meeting the No Child Left Behind requirements for juvenile justice education.
