These materials are produced for use by parents, teachers, counselors, career specialists, students, and other educators.     The Clearinghouse operates a resource center that provides parents, educators, and other Floridians with access to materials about exceptional student education, student services, juvenile justice education, early intervention, parent and professional partnerships, and many other topics. This resource center contains more than 6,000 books, videotapes, multimedia kits, assessment tools, staff development materials, and other materials that Floridians may borrow on short-term loan. It also contains copies of about 400 items produced by the Florida Department of Education, Bureau of Exceptional Education and Student Services, that are available free or at-cost to requesters. These include parent information materials, annual reports, statistical reports, technical assistance papers and notes, resource manuals for particular special programs, annual program plans, pre-kindergarten resources, and more. Site includes the publications index, teleconference schedules, bureau publications, and technical assistance papers.

    The FloridaLearns Clearinghouse has a wealth of information available for purchase by schools, districts, and educators. Curriculum and classroom materials and assessments are available through the Clearinghouse. A series of handbooks are available to assist teachers in the State of Florida with implementation of the Sunshine State Standards. Permanent Record Folders, required by the State of Florida, are also available. To help teachers receive professional growth and to learn useful classroom techniques, Tuesday Teacher Training and the No Child Left Behind Teacher-To-Teacher workshops are available on DVD or VHS, many which include professional development followup available through the FloridaLearns Academy.
