QA Review Scheduling

Educational QA reviews are scheduled during the traditional school year, late July to through May. JJEEP Reviews are conducted with the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) QA reviewers when possible, although the DJJ review schedule is January-October.

The program administrators of the five DJJ regions develop a QA review schedule for the coming year and work with the JJEEP director to coordinate QA reviews to insure that both teams collaborate as much as possible. When it is not possible for the JJEEP and DJJ QA reviewers to be on site on the same dates, the lead reviewers will communicate by telephone and fax.

Reviews will be scheduled for 2-3 days; larger programs may require a longer review and more than one reviewer.
